How to Get Started
If you have never done Pilates on the reformer before, or if you have injuries or pain, we require that you start with a private session with one of our kinesiologists.
We open the time slots for private and group sessions on the 15th of each month for the following month. As private sessions are in high demand, if no availability appears on the booking site, we recommend booking as soon as possible on that date.
Please note that we do not offer long-term follow-up for private sessions. The available time slots are for introductory or rehabilitation classes. You can book a maximum of two sessions per month.
All bookings are made via the homepage of this website.

Note:

  • No prerequisites are required for mat Pilates classes. You can sign up immediately while you wait for your private session.

I want an appointment for kinesiology, not Pilates. What should I do?
Simply book a session titled Private – Initiation Class.

I want to book a private duo session, but I don’t see this option.
Book a session titled Private – Initiation Class.

When booking, you will only pay a deposit. The remaining balance will be charged at the end of the session. You can find the price list in the menu above.

Note: If one of the participants has injuries, appointments must be booked individually. Otherwise, we will only assess one person during the session and will ask the other to book another appointment.

 

Insurance Receipts
Receipts are available only for private sessions with kinesiologists.

Lori Anne Boisjoli can issue receipts for kinesiology and naturopathy.

Fanie St-Jean Miron and Sabrina Mayer can issue receipts for kinesiology.

Where can I see the schedule?
You can view the schedule via the GoRendez-vous booking page. Availability for our classes is opened one month in advance, starting on the 15th of each month.

Group Classes
Group classes are available individually or as session packages:

  • A 10-session card, valid for 6 months.

  • A 5-session card, valid for 3 months.
    These cards can be purchased in our online shop, located under the "Book Appointment" icon on the GoRendez-vous page.

Note:

  • Session cards have an expiration date that begins from the first session you book, not from the date of purchase. It is your responsibility to use your sessions before the expiration date. No refunds or extensions will be granted for sessions not used within the allotted time. This policy applies due to the reduced rate compared to purchasing individual sessions.

Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy requires 48 hours' notice to allow someone else to book your spot.

What if I encounter an exceptional situation (illness, injury, family obligations, weather, etc.)?
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. However, as self-employed individuals, our income depends directly on the number of clients enrolled in each class.
If you are unable to attend a class, we encourage you to visit our Facebook page KinésioPilates. In the pinned posts, you will find the Pilates Exchange Group, where you can sell, swap, or give away your spot to someone else.

How to cancel a class

  1. Via the confirmation email: When you register, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to cancel your class.

  2. On the GoRendez-vous booking site: Log in to the menu (top right of the page) to view the list of your classes and cancel directly from this section. If it’s your first time logging in, you will need to request a password.

  3. Via the reminder message: Three days before your class, you will receive a reminder message that also contains a link to cancel.

How to verify your registration
If you did not receive a reminder message or cannot find your confirmation email, log in to GoRendez-vous. In the menu at the top right, you will be able to see the list of your bookings.

How to check how many sessions remain on my card?
Each time you book a class, you will receive a confirmation email. The number of remaining sessions on your card is indicated in this email (scroll down a bit).
Note that this information does not appear in the reminder message but only in the confirmation email.

Can I change a class on the same day?
To ensure smooth and fair organization for all our clients, we do not allow last-minute changes on the same day, even if there are available spots in another class.
Morning classes are often in high demand, and last-minute changes can leave an empty spot that we do not have time to offer to other clients.
We encourage you to cancel your original class so that our instructors can adjust their schedule and begin on time without waiting for absent participants.

Are the classes in French or English?
The classes with Lori Anne and Carly are in French, with the possibility of translating part of the class.
The classes with Francine are in French.
The classes with Wydia and Aileen are in English.
